Inspiration Consultation

Our first step is the Inspiration Consultation, which forms the basis for the ultimate design. During the consultation, which can be done on the phone or face-to-face, we’ll discuss all your ideas and visions for your event, including colors, themes, papers, scents, ribbons, approximate guest count and more. If we are meeting in person, you’ll enjoy a wide variety of samples from previous events to hold and experience. If we are meeting on the phone, I’ll send you to my website gallery for inspiration!

Design and Sample Build-Out

Our second step is the actual Sample Creation. To move forward with Le Snooty Fox after our initial discussion, there is a small design fee which covers the materials and the time put into the samples. Due to the nature of my creations and the amount of work I put into my samples, this fee is non-refundable. After the design fee has been paid, the sample build-out begins. During this time, generally 3-4 weeks, the idea is solidified, initial materials are hand-selected and unique elements are special ordered. I will also provide guidance during the design phase in order to provide you with initial budgetary estimates. I will create one sample for each item in your set (one invitation, one program, one menu card, etc.). When the sample is complete, detailed photographs of your items are posted for review in your private gallery on my website. There you will find images from all angles along with detailed descriptions. It is recommended to finalize wording during this phase in order to build an exact sample but don’t worry… we can always make minor adjustments before final production! Once you review the online samples and I make any adjustments, your samples are on the way to you!


Our third step involves finalizing quantities needed and order placement. I will provide a formal statement of work with pricing for your review. A 50% deposit will be required in order to purchase materials to begin production. I will continue to work with you to finalize all the text within the set. Once the wording has been provided for your entire set, I will post the files to your private gallery for your review. Please proofread all items carefully prior to giving Le Snooty Fox your approval. Carefully consider all content on every piece and take the time to verify all information. Read the pieces out loud to hear what is truly written. Your signature is needed for Final Approval. Le Snooty Fox is not responsible for typographical and design errors that you have approved. Le Snooty Fox will not bear the costs of reprinting or replacing other elements that cannot be salvaged in the case of these errors, nor will a refund be issued. Once your Final Approval has been received, the pieces go to press. After the printed pieces are received, the delightful embellishments you’ve chosen are used to enhance your set.


After all of the pieces are carefully packaged, with liners, scents, ribbons, etc., they are ready for delivery!


Rush orders may be available on a per-instance basis. The ability for Le Snooty Fox to accept a Rush order depends on the current project commissions and the date you need your items. A Rush Fee of 35% will be added to your order.
